![]() It only matters to the artist (you) on what the name should be. To put it this way, putting the subject back on the rails, a name for your Sonic OC could either a real name like for Jayson (Again, a reference) or a made-up name like Orusan (one of my other OC's). Honestly, I had a very tough time trying to think of names when I first started dA, as you could probably tell on my first two stories: Rebirth and Symphony of the Stones.those are complete flops compared to what I can do currently. This is pretty fun to me since I've been around the block on this very subject. Once done, think of an age that's pretty much in between 13 and any number that doesn't surpass 1,000 years (Not really a good idea if you actually do this, but that's just me.) Any name will do.no matter what others say about it, no one but you made such the work and labor towards it. Now, if you're finished with your artwork of your OC, then what's next is a name. After that, I became friends with several more that are just cool as she was.ģ. Around August, I became friends with sonazefan101 and she brought me along to an RP, after I had my own Sonic OC. After seeing their work, I began watching eing how they did what they did for their artwork. What I ended up doing is having a look around some of the others galleries and saw how amazing they were at Sonic OC's. When I first started doing Sonic OC sketches, I didn't know where to start honestly. ![]() Whether you just want the submission to be a simple sketch or something that may be a great masterpiece, it's all up to you. The detail on how you represent your Sonic OC is all up to you. Though it was only a contest, I knew after this.that the world of Mobius had opened my eyes.Ģ. After it was all over, I felt a huge spark of interest flowing forth after doing that contest. I was curious on what was going on at the time, but as I read the journal posted on sonazefan101's profile, I knew that I wanted to join the contest. This actually started back in July 2012, when I found a contest going on at the time. ![]() As I mentioned before, all it takes is an idea and inspiration for it to take root. I'll even give out some examples towards each of the steps:ġ. Now.if you're still interested in doing this, then what I'll say may be of use. Honestly, I've asked others before I even put up my first Sonic OC, Jayson. If you're not sure how to do this, then don't be shy to ask others on how this is done. Pretty much it takes some concentration towards achieving that goal and maybe the start of something even greater. What I have in mind to tell you on this, for those that may be interested in drawing a Sonic OC, is that all it takes.is an idea, a character of yours that you think would be an excellent choice, or any third item. Honestly, I can name a few of my friends on here that HAVE inspired me. What brings a tear to my eye is how every artist can bring out their inner self and inspire others. Alright, so I've noticed that there are so many that really pulled off Sonic Characters (Original and OC's) and any other item of interest put together.
